Operations Team
You will be joining a team supported by the company’s Operations & Finance Director who together with the experienced Operations Co-Ordinator and innovative Product Engineering team will coach and mentor you on your apprenticeship journey.
Role/Mission
An extremely exciting opportunity for candidates to undertake a Lean Manufacturing apprenticeship within the fast growing and innovative Medical Technology sector. The opportunity comes with a clear roadmap for career progression and incremental pay reviews during the 18 month apprenticeship, then onto the organisations 3 level skills based reward scheme.
The core mission of the Apprentice Product Technician is to learn all manufacturing processes for the full Inovus product range, supported by product engineers and the company’s Operations and Finance Director. The role will include learning about and performing critical manufacturing tasks, including:
