Spine Endoscopic Technologies for the Endoscopy in Neurosurgery course at the King’s College London
The Endoscopy in Neurosurgery course is one of the largest globally, since 2017 when it was established. That’s the only course covering intraventricular, transnasal, skull base, spine and fetal endoscopy. In 2024 UpSurgeOn collaborates with this amazing initiative to provide the best simulation technologies in endoscopic spine surgery.
Hearing feedback from participants and faculty who experienced our technologies firsthand was inspiring. Many expressed how our models not only match but, in some ways, surpass cadaveric specimens. They provide an unmatched level of versatility and reusability—particularly our spinal models, which effectively demonstrated techniques like the unilateral bipolar approach.
What’s even more exciting is how these simulations allow hands-on experiences that are otherwise difficult or impossible to replicate, whether on cadavers or live patients. Candidates from across the globe had the opportunity to enhance their skills in ways they’ve never experienced before.
We believe in empowering surgeons with tools that push the boundaries of what’s possible in training, and this course was a powerful step toward redefining the future of medical education.
The revolution in surgical training is here, and we’re just getting started.
