If any items were damaged on arrival please photograph these items and email the image to support@inovus.org with your order number so that we can arrange replacement parts to be sent to you.
Please email support@inovus.org and describe the missing or faulty items. Please include the item part number and your order number.
The simulators can be wiped clean with warm water and soap, no specific cleaning products are necessary.
