FAQ's

  • If any items were damaged on arrival please photograph these items and email the image to support@inovus.org with your order number so that we can arrange replacement parts to be sent to you.

  • Please email support@inovus.org and describe the missing or faulty items. Please include the item part number and your order number.

  • The simulators can be wiped clean with warm water and soap, no specific cleaning products are necessary.
