Delivery Times:

  • Our simulators are specialist products and may take up between 4-6 weeks to be delivered. We take pride in crafting each product with precision, and this extra time ensures the highest quality and reliability.

Shipping Method:

  • All new orders placed on our website or through our sales representatives will be shipped from our UK distribution hub with the DHL Express Worldwide service.
  • For some customers in the USA who have requested deliveries through the Totum supply suite, your products may be delivered by FedEx.
  • For customers in all other territories globally, deliveries from the Totum supply suite will be  shipped with DHL Express Worldwide for safe and expedited deliveries.

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout for online orders, based on your order's destination and weight.
  • If you prefer to order offline through our sales representatives, they will provide you with a personalized quote, including shipping fees, to assist you in making an informed decision.

Order Tracking: 

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment and monitor its progress until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Address: 

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please provide us with the following essential details: 

  • Your full address, including any specific instructions or notes to assist the delivery driver. 
  • The name of the person who will be receiving the delivery. 
  • A valid phone number to enable the courier to contact you in case of any delivery-related queries. 
  • An email address where we can send delivery notifications and updates.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location. While we make every effort to expedite deliveries, please allow additional time for customs processing if applicable.
