How You Can Help support Samaritans:
Each year, the Inovus Medical team are encouraged to take on challenges big and small, from 5km runs to 24 hour ultra marathons up a mountain and everything in between. The company donates directly to these causes but we also rely on our community of followers to support with donations. If you see a challenge the team are undertaking that you feel is worthy of some support.

2023 - Mind
2023 was a great year for Inovus Medical and saw a big growth for staff globally who we hope will all get involved in charity events going into 2024.
Events attended last year (2023) were:
• Manchester UK, half Marathon
• various charity runs at events across the US (IMSH)
• Jordans Van Flute - 24-hour ultra-marathon running up and down Snowdon
With 6 runs up and down in 2023 the aim is to get more people involved and for Jordan to get 7 this year.
Below is the IMSH video which shows the Inovus Medical team dominating their charity fun run.

#SimFit24 Fun Run/Walk Sponsor
Consistently attracting more than 100 participants, the #SimFit24 5K Run/Walk supports the Beverlee Anderson Education Scholarship Fund.
The Beverlee Anderson Education Scholarship Fund (BAESF) provides support to attend the annual International Meeting on Simulation in Healthcare (IMSH). This need-based scholarship was created for healthcare simulation professionals who would otherwise be unable to attend IMSH.
We completed the run with all participants getting a PB despite the driving rain.

Manchester 10k / Half Marathon
We were running at the Manchester 10k. There were close to 50k running and all the supporters in Manchester. It was a great atmosphere and the weather was perfect for running. Another great event held in Manchester showing how as a region it supports so many people and charities.
The AJ Bell Great Manchester Run is the city’s original and best-loved running event. With a 10K or a half marathon distance to choose from, over 99% of Manchester runners say they’d recommend it to a friend. And in true Mancunian style, it’s a party from start to finish, with a high-energy soundtrack, live music and entertainment zones at every turn – plus, some of the loudest and most enthusiastic local support we’ve seen anywhere in the UK. Go Manchester!

Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge
The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge is 24-miles (38.6km) round trip route, and includes 1585m (5200ft) of ascent.
The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent (694 metres), Whernside (736 metres) and Ingleborough (723 metres), usually in this order, and in under 12 hours. These hills form part of the Pennine range, and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
How to take part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge?
You can complete the Challenge either as part of an organised event, or as a self organised group. We have organised dates available each year, and we can also arrange private events for large groups.
