I have an issue with my LapAR simulator or software and cannot solve this through the tutorial videos or FAQS what shall I do?

I have purchased a Pyxus HD or Pyxus HD Move simulator but cant access or log on to LapSkills, what should I do?

Our LapSkills platform has been discontinued and this is the reason why it is no longer possible for you to login to the site. All of the video resources are now available to watch on YouTube. To operate your simulator, you will now need to use your computer's own software (Mac / Windows) after connecting the simulator's camera (see below for instructions on how to do this for Mac and Windows). I am using Quicktime player for Mac to run my camera and the image is inverted (flipped round), how do I fix this?

This can be fixed by installing the OBS software package. Please follow these instructions on how to install these. Download PDF

I have purchased the LapAR Take Home. Can I install my individual user licence on more than one computer?

LapAR can be installed on multiple computer systems, of course you will need an active licence and user account to access the software.
