• The ratchet on my needle holder is slipping and not holding the needle in place (all purchases since September 2017)?

  Please make sure the button on the side of the needle holder (next to the Inovus logo) is set in the 'up' position. When this is pushed down it dis-engages the ractchet mechanism. 

  If this does not solve the problem please take a video of the issue you are having and email this to: support@inovus.org and we will provide further support.
