Use Anterior CervicalBox to practice and develop the following surgical techniques:
- Skin incision: Hyperrealistic skin with bleeding upon incision, featuring multiple layers of suturable epidermis and subcutaneous tissue
- Layer by layer soft tissue dissection: Blunt dissection to expose subcutaneous planes and reveal the platysma muscle
- Platysma muscle incision: Hyperrealistic platysma muscle and fascia layer, to be opened with scissors and dissected in the layer beneath the muscle
- Multiple discectomies: Incision of the Anterior Longitudinal Ligament located inside the vertebral canal and discectomy until visualizing the anterior dural surface. Procedure feasible from C3 to T1 (5 discectomies: C3–4, C4–5, C5–6, C6–7, C7–T1)
- Multiple corpectomies: Total corpectomy feasible from C4 to C7 (4 corpectomies: C4, C5, C6, C7)
- Instrumented surgery: Placement of any artificial disc and body, according to the abovementioned levels (disc cage, somatic cage, anterior plates, somatic screws)
- Standard X-Ray and navigation: Simulator compatible with standard Fluoroscopy and CT scan for visualizing the vertebrae
- Mobile X-Ray: Simulator compatible with mobile X-Ray though the Neurosurgery App (module X-Ray). Marker for the needle included in the package.
